US presidential elections: “Words matter,” Hillary Clinton said about Donald Trump’s Second Amendment comment.
The Secret Service interviewed the Trump campaign after the nominee said “Second Amendment people” may be able to stop Clinton from appointing US Supreme Court justices, CNN reported. Trump defended his comments, saying he was trying to unite gun owners’ votes and political power against Clinton. Clinton called the remark a “casual inciting of violence” and “the latest in a long line of casual comments from Donald Trump that cross the line.”
So, this happened
A 20-year-old man used suction cups to scale Trump Tower in Midtown Manhattan on Wednesday, prompting a large police response. After several hours, the New York Police Department was able to snatch him through a broken window.
A day earlier, the climber posted a video titled “Message to Mr. Trump (why I climbed your tower).” The man described himself as an “independent researcher” and said that he was “seeking a private audience with [Trump] to discuss an important matter.” The video concludes with the man telling people “to get out and vote for Mr. Trump in the 2016 election.”
